June Favorites

OH. MY. GOSH YALL! I went a *little* crazy at Ulta and bought some awesome stuff! You will come to learn that I'm as basic as it comes to a beauty routine. I LOVE my sleep and like to maximize it by getting ready super quick in the mornings.

Let me break it down: Up until a few weeks ago, I wasn't even wearing mascara. The stuff just flakes off my lashes and it always looks like I have been crying or was punched. Either or. BUT Benefit's They're Real is HEAVEN ON EARTH y'all! This mascara actually stays on! Makes my lashes look huge! And it isn't clumpy. Picture is done below.

I honestly believe my life's mission to find the best under eye cream. I've spent so much money on creams and concealer it probably equals up to a new car. I randomally picked up Maybelline Instant Age Rewind and I'm loving it! I find that on my under eyes I need to just "white" them out. This really helps. It has this spongey tip that feels awesome on my face. It stays on all day and doesn't settle in the creases.

My most favorites thing ever is the Urban Decay Nake Flush palette (streak). Y'all, if there is one thing you take away from this blog, BUY THIS. The colors look AMAZING! Plus I double the hi lighter as an eyeshadow. OMG I don't even have all the words to explain to you how amazing it is! It just SO GOOD. Ya know? Here are the colors

Last one! I got this dual set from Urban Decay which had the setting spray all nighter and this brush thing. Sorry I can't remember what's it called. But it is bomb.com. I use it with my new palette. The setting spray seems to work really well. Normally I have to reapply during the day, but not since using the setting spray. I was nervous this was going to make my skin break out, but I haven't had a zit since!

Bridal Shower Number 1!

Hello!

Since most of my hubby's family lives up North, my lovely future sister-in-laws threw us a shower while we were up for a visit! It was SOOOO cute! It matched our theme for the wedding perfectly! Here are some pictures I wanted to share with y'all.

Cupcakes and lemonade! My favorite!! They even had a lemonade bar!

They put up baby pictures up of me all over. And filled mason jars with flowers and wrapped them in burlap!

Here are the favors they gave everyone. Nothing is Sweeter than Love. It's a package of lemonade mix!

Wasn't it just TOO PRECIOUS! They did such a great job. And my mom came all the way from Denver

Oh and here is a picture of me with my two very best friends that I never see enough, because they live up north too! I'm sorry, but aren't they just GORGEOUS!

I can't wait to share more details with our wedding with you soon! Anyone have some wedding advice for us? We are 5 months away from our big day!

Date Night - Shooting Skeets

Hello!

This weekend my honey and I had a really cool date activity. After 5 years of dating, it's hard to come up with new and exciting things to do together. This weekend he wanted to teach me something new, so we went skeet shooting! It was so much fun. I know he really enjoyed teaching me something new. And I hit a clay!

As you can see from my outfit choice, I had NO clue what to wear! We live in Florida so it's been hot and rainy. Shorts and rain boots it was!

What fun things do y'all do for date nights? Any suggestions for us? I hope to make this a regular thing!

Get to know me. I'm freakin awesome.

1. I'm a believer. A follower of Christ. He fills my heart and I'm overcome with His love.

2. I'm a buyer. I travel a lot. Visiting with vendors, going to shows, and meeting with my partners.

3. I'm getting married! I am marrying my best friend of 5 years in November of this year!

4. I have a big personality. Sometimes it gets me into trouble. But most of the time, I'm just trying to put a smile on your face.

5. I love to travel. I'm all about experiences. NYE in Miami, New York during the Super Bowl and the Stanley Cup. I want to try something new, always!

6. I gave birth to my black lab, Zoey. Ok. I'm kidding. But she is my shadow. I always joke about her breast feeding schedule. We adopted her from the humane society (don't tell her that). She is THE best decision I've made thus far in my life.

7. Real Housewives lover!

8. I've seen every panda video on the internet. I want to raise one. In my home. My fiancé kindly reminds me that they grow into much larger bears. But I believe that by then I will be their mother, and they would never attack me. Plus they eat bamboo. How dangerous could they be?

9. I refer to my king bed as "the kingdom". We spend lots of time there. We watch movies, eat dinner, and just hung out. In fact as I write this, Zoey is wedged in the middle as we are watching Orange is the New Black.

10. I hate bras. I really hate bras. A men invited bras, I'm sure of it. Most of my outfit decisions are made by if I need to wear a bra or not.
